We want you to be satisfied with Enslytic. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for your AI headshot order.
Digital, compute-based product
Generating headshots uses real computing resources that are consumed as soon as processing begins. For this reason, once your headshots have been generated, an order is generally considered delivered.
When you are eligible for a refund
- Technical failure on our side. If a technical problem prevented your headshots from being generated or delivered, you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-run.
- You were charged but received nothing. If you were billed but your order did not complete, we will refund you in full.
- Duplicate charge. If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, the extra charge will be refunded.
When refunds may not apply
Because results are generated by AI and outcomes vary with the photos provided, we may not be able to offer a refund simply because you prefer a different style or look, once the headshots have been successfully generated and delivered. In these cases we will still do our best to help — for example, by offering guidance on better source photos.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Please include the email address used at checkout and your order details so we can locate your payment. We aim to review every request within a few business days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider, Creem, back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
